57% of companies with remote employees do not have a work from home policy in place

While we might be in crisis mode now, we won't always be. And working from home may become the new normal for your organization (on a small or large scale).

But without a structure, clear communication, and setting expectations you will be wasting thousands of dollars from employees reinventing the wheel, not having the access they need to complete their job, and under-performance .

Now is the time to think about your organizations work from home strategic plan. When things are fresh and top of mind, not one year from now when you're onto the next thing. In this webinar,

You'll Learn How to:

Explore technology requirements and access required for employees to be successful remotely

Move Past Crisis Remote Work

Set Clear Expectations and Reporting Structure

Better understand how to establish work hours, expectations for completing work, and creating a clear reporting structure

Communicate (and Get Things Done) in a Dispersed Organization

Create a virtual way to keep assignments, projects, and timelines in order (especially for employees working in different time zones)
